Shipping Times

Orders are generally processed the same day we receive an order with delivery generally  between 7 to 14 business days.

We request your phone number, e-mail address and/or fax number so we can contact you with questions about your order.

Delivery charge will depend on goods ordered.

Delivery Delays

Skimpy Knickers cannot be responsible for delays in delivery caused by bad weather, carrier error, customs or administrative clearances or other causes beyond our control and do not refund shipping charges in case of such delays.

Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery, do note hesitate to contact us at any stage in regard to you order.

Duties and Taxes

We declare the total value of items purchased (excluding shipping costs) for customs purposes.

Please note that we do not calculate or estimate these local charges and that they can be significant in relation to the value of your order.
